Neal Brady - Chief Executive Officer
Neal Brady is the Chief Executive Officer of Eris Exchange. Prior to co-founding Eris Exchange and assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Brady served as Managing Director of Business Development at CME Group where he was responsible for the growth of the CME Group’s OTC and global business through strategic partnerships, investments, acquisitions and new business ventures. Prior to CME he founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Liquidity Direct Technology, a leading platform for interest rate derivatives trading that was acquired by CME in January 2004. Mr. Brady earned a bachelor’s degree in government from Harvard University and holds an MBA and a Master’s in International Affairs from Columbia University.
Christopher Rodriguez - Chief Sales and Marketing Officer
Christopher Rodriguez is the Head of Sales and Marketing Officer for Eris Exchange. Prior to joining Eris Exchange, Mr. Rodriguez worked for two major U.S. futures exchanges serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategic Planning at NYMEX where he was responsible for the growth of global business lines through derivative product development and index offerings, international partnerships and strategic acquisitions in the exchange sector. He subsequently served as Managing Director of Business Development at CME Group after the acquisition of NYMEX. Mr. Rodriguez also held banking positions over the past 10 years with Mizuho Securities USA Inc. and ABN AMRO Incorporated, within the global broker-dealer and FCM functions. Mr. Rodriguez earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers College, a Master of Arts from Rutgers University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Michael Riddle - Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Riddle is the Chief Operating Officer of Eris Exchange. Prior to joining Eris Exchange, Mr. Riddle served as Director of Alliance Management at CME Group, where he was responsible for the growth of the CME's international partnerships in Brazil, Dubai, Korea and Mexico. Prior to joining the Chicago Board of Trade in 2002 and transitioning to CME Group during the 2007 acquisition of CBOT, Mr. Riddle worked in the Capital Markets consulting practice for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Mr. Riddle earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Northwestern University, and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
Kevin Wolf - Chief Business and Product Development Officer
Kevin Wolf is responsible for management of product development, sales, marketing, media, and analyst relations for Eris Exchange. Mr. Wolf is also directly involved in corporate strategy, capital raising and development of strategic partnerships. He joined Eris Exchange in April 2011 as a Managing Director and the Head of Product Development. His experience includes more than 10 years within the derivatives, banking and capital markets sectors. Most recently, Mr. Wolf was a Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he was a senior member of the derivatives origination team. Prior to joining Bank of America in 2007, he held senior positions in derivatives origination and debt capital markets at Lehman Brothers. He earned dual Bachelor degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
